Features of this villa include private elevator access, multiple TVs, custom kitchen with granite counters, hardwood floors, a sleeper sofa in the den, and a daybed in the master bedroom. FIRST FLOOR Wood floors run throughout the main living areas. The dining area will seat up to six guests, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar which seats four. Granite counters and tile backsplash add to the elegance of the kitchen. The living room has a sisal rug and large sectional sofa. A separate section of the living room holds a writing desk and oversized armchair. A glass panel door leads out onto the first floor deck, which has a dining table for four. SECOND FLOOR The master suite is furnished with a queen sleigh bed and has its own TV and a sitting area with a sleeper sofa. The master bath has a dual sink vanity and a whirlpool tub, as well as a separate shower. A glass panel door leads out to the furnished balcony where guests can enjoy a drink at the cafe table while gazing out at the verdant first fairway of the Ocean Winds golf course. Down the hall, a bedroom with a queen bed has its own TV and high ceilings. The full private bath has a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and has its own TV. Its full private bath has a tub/shower combination.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will have access to the Club facilities. Usage fees for some amenities and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.

Each Fairway One villa includes free covered parking, deck, elevator access, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. FOR ANY GUEST STAYING June 15, 2011 to May 31, 2012. Construction of a new townhome community is occurring nearby. Please be aware there will be construction equipment and noise in the area. No additional discounts will be offered due to the construction.
