Located right on Cap'n Sam's Creek, this non-smoking home features spectacular marsh views and ocean vistas! Features also include a private, floating dock, great for crabbing, fishing and dolphin watching, a three-car garage, two screened porches, lots of decking, high speed DSL internet access, outdoor shower and a whirlpool tub. Each bedroom has either deck or porch access. With four bedrooms and three baths, this home accommodates up to ten guests.



FIRST FLOOR: The living room is furnished in rich colors, and has high ceilings and hardwood floors. The wall of windows facing the creek creates a beautiful focal point for the room. There is a TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. Sliding glass doors lead out to a furnished deck, which has built-in seating and overlooks the creek, marsh and ocean. There is outdoor seating for dining, and a gas barbeque grill for guest use. A screened porch has a ceiling fan, and a dining table for six. The inside dining area also seats six, and has deck access as well. The eat in kitchen has a charming Charleston mural on one wall, and whimsical cabinet hardware. The kitchen dining area seats up to six guests and has access to the side deck. The first-floor master suite is furnished with a king bed, and has a sitting area with sleeper sofa, a furnished screened-in porch, and a private bath with a huge whirlpool tub and separate stall shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a daybed. This room opens to a side deck, and has access to a hall bath.



SECOND FLOOR: A second-floor loft area is fitted with a large sectional sofa and has a TV/DVD/VCR. The first upstairs bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has a private balcony and a sundeck with creek, marsh and ocean views. It shares a full hall bath with a second bedroom furnished with a queen bed and a daybed, which also has a private balcony and deck area with full creek, marsh and ocean views, as well as a writing desk.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community. The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will have access to the Club facilities. Usage fees for some amenities and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests.
