From this 2 story villa, guests enjoy spectacular views of the ocean and the North Edisto River. FIRST FLOOR: The living area has vaulted ceilings and amazing water views, and is open to the dining area, which seats 6 guests. Sliding glass doors give access to the furnished deck from both the living area and the kitchen. The kitchen features granite countertops and a breakfast island, which seats 4 guests. Two bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and one with a queen bed, both have private bathrooms. Guests enjoy wireless internet access.



SECOND FLOOR: The Master bedroom is located in the loft. This spacious room is furnished with a king bed and has a private bath, as well as access to a private sundeck. Guests enjoy access to the amenities (including pool) of the Seabrook Island Club, which are an easy walk away. Square feet 2100.



Each Beach Club Villa includes: free parking, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.



The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will have access to the Club facilities. Usage fees for some amenities and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.
