Luxury oceanfront townhome with breathtaking ocean, inlet and sunset views! Featuring multiple decks, wireless internet access, hardwood floors, ten foot ceilings, crown molding, and ceiling fans throughout. With four bedrooms and four baths, this townhome can accommodate up to ten guests. The beautiful interior includes two walls of oceanfront windows, a high-end kitchen with granite countertops and solid cherry cabinets. Guests enjoy the garage and private elevator. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and has its own flat-screen TV with expanded tier cable, a private bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower, and a private oceanfront deck. This is a wonderful place to watch the sun set! The second bedroom is furnished with two sets of bunk beds, and has its own TV, a big soft armchair, and a private bath. The third bedroom has a double bed, a daybed with a trundle bed, and a private bath. The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and shares the full hall bath.



Each Dolphin Point Townhome includes elevator, free parking, oceanfront decks, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.



The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will be charged $25 per day, $150 per week, or $210 per month, for the Club amenity access cards. ResortQuest will rebate the access amount, up to $150. (Original receipts from the Club can be turned into ResortQuest's Front Desk in Freshfields Village upon departure. Rebate available only to direct ResortQuest rental guests.) Usage fees and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.
