Located across the street from the ocean and adjacent to the tenth fairway of the Ocean Winds golf course, this home is a short walk from the Seabrook Island Beach Club and Pro Shop. It features ocean views from across the street, a reverse floor plan, hardwood floors, multiple decks, a screened porch, and two TVs. With four bedrooms and four baths, this home accommodates up to eight guests.



FIRST FLOOR: On the first level, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom furnished with a queen bed offers its own TV and a private bath with granite counters. The second bedroom is also furnished with a queen bed and has a private covered deck and full bath with granite counters.



SECOND FLOOR: Boasts a gourmet kitchen and wonderful living room, the second floor offers great ocean views and nice porch areas. The living room has plenty of space, and includes high ceilings, a flat screen TV and DVD player, two couches, and access to the furnished screened porch via sliding glass doors. The porch has a table for four, so you can enjoy dining al fresco and hearing the ocean in the distance. The dining area inside is open to the living area, and can seat up to eight guests at the table. The eat-in kitchen has stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and a kitchen island breakfast bar that can seat up to four guests. The master suite is located on the second floor, and is furnished with a king bed and a loveseat. A TV with expanded tier cable is available, as well as a ceiling fan and private deck access, and the private master bath features double sinks with granite counters, and a large walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom, furnished with two twin beds, has a full bath with shower only.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community. The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will have access to the Club facilities. Usage fees for some amenities and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests.
