This spectacular second floor villa has been professionally decorated by one of Charleston's most sought-after designers. Year-round sweeping sunset views that extend between a dynamic vista of both the ocean and the inlet. Across the inlet is an uninhabited bird sanctuary, Deveaux Bank, that was established to protect a significant nesting habitat of sea and shorebirds. To the left lies the open ocean and as tides permit, a wonderful walk along the beach to the Club facilities. This area is an excellent spot for fishing, crabbing, and seining as well as a premier location to see dolphin and a wide variety of shore and sea birds.

This well-appointed property has a king bed in the master bedroom as well as two full luxurious bathrooms and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. There is an upscale kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinets. There are two TV's and the property offers Seabrook Island Club access. It is a short boardwalk stroll to the beach and is within a short bike ride or leisurely evening walk to the Club Facilities that include pools, restaurants and two award winning golf courses. Please note: this villa rents Saturday to Saturday only during summer months. Three night minimum in the off-season, subject to cleaning fee.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will be charged $25 per day, $150 per week, or $210 per month, for the Club amenity access cards. ResortQuest will rebate the access amount, up to $150. (Original receipts from the Club can be turned into ResortQuest's Front Desk in Freshfields Village upon departure. Rebate available only to direct ResortQuest rental guests.) Usage fees and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.

Each Pelican Watch Villa includes: free parking, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires a login and password and provides no network security. Contact the front desk about the login information. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.
