Within a short walk to the island clubhouse and pools, views from this villa include the sand dunes and some ocean and inlet views. The bedroom is furnished with a king bed and includes its own flat screen TV. The full private bath includes a shower and tub combination. A full bath off the hall has a stall shower. The fully equipped kitchen has granite tile counters and tile flooring. The dining area seats four guests. The living area has tile floors and is decorated with a tropical palm tree motif. The living room includes a sleeper sofa and an entertainment center with a stereo and flat screen TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable. Sliding glass doors open to the oceanview deck. The covered deck has a dining table for four, and steps leading down to the boardwalk to the beach.



The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will have access to the Club facilities. Usage fees for some amenities and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.
