Enjoy your vacation in this recently renovated villa with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean across the mouth of the Edisto River! Relax on the deck and watch the sun set over the uninhabited barrier island across the inlet, and the open ocean to the left. In the summer, pods of dolphins are often seen offshore. Please note: A 4-night minimum is required when staying in this villa.



This second-floor villa is a wonderful place to vacation. The spacious living room has comfortable furnishings and includes a sleeper sofa. A 42-inch plasma TV and DVD player are available for your entertainment. Sliding glass doors open to one of the furnished decks. The adjacent dining room seats up to six guests at the table, and opens to the other furnished deck. Though the two decks are not connected, it is easy to go between one and the other via the stairs leading down to the community boardwalk. The beach is only steps away. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar which seats three guests, and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The den is glassed-in so it enjoys ocean views but guests can enjoy listening to the stereo or having a private conversation without worrying about disturbing anyone else. The den has a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom is decorated in golds and dark woods, and furnished with a king bed. The master bath has granite counters, a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and bidet. The second bedroom has a king bed and is decorated in a nautical blue and white color palette, with red accents. It has a private bath, also with granite countertops.



The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will have access to the Club facilities. Usage fees for some amenities and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.



Each Pelican Watch Villa includes free parking, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
