This luxurious 4 bedroom, 4 bath home boasts ocean views and private pool, hot tub and elevator. Guests of this magnificent home also enjoy access to the beach boardwalk (one house over) and the 2-car garage. This home can accommodate up to 10 guests. The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $1000 per week. Approximately 5152 square feet.
FIRST FLOOR: Wrought-iron scrollwork framing the main dining and living area greets guests at the entry of this grand home. The dining table seats 10 guests, and is open to the kitchen and living area. A wet bar divides the dining and kitchen areas, and features a sink, ice machine, and mini-refrigerator. The gourmet kitchen features a Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, a 6-burner gas range, a double oven and a warming drawer. Granite countertops offer plenty of prep space, and all appliances are stainless steel. The kitchen island seats 3, and a breakfast table between the living area and kitchen seats 4. Off the kitchen, a laundry room includes an extra dishwasher and wine cooler, plus two built-in stainless steel refrigerator drawers. The main living room has plenty of seating and French doors onto the open deck and pool area. A sitting room includes a small table for snacking or gaming, comfortable seating for up to 8 guests, and French doors opening to the pool area. Off the main living room, guests can enjoy a media room featuring a large flat screen TV, surround sound and stereo system. An attached office is a great place to take advantage of the wireless internet. The main living areas feature hardwood and Travertine tile flooring. Outside, a two-tier deck overlooks the ocean over the marsh. A large 8-foot deep freshwater pool and hot tub are surrounded by plenty of poolside seating and a cabana with a gas barbeque grill. Music can be enjoyed through outdoor speakers.
SECOND FLOOR: The hardwood flooring continues on the second floor. A queen bedroom features its own flat screen TV, a walk-in closet and a private bath with large stall shower. The master suite includes a private oceanview balcony, a sitting area, a TV/DVD/VCR combination, and a large private bath. The master bath has two sinks, a compass rose inlay on the floor, a whirlpool tub, a stall shower with steam feature, a water closet with bidet, and a custom cedar walk-in closet and dressing room. The third bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has an oceanview balcony with a glider, its own sitting area, a TV/DVD/VCR combination, and a private bath with a shower and tub combination. The fourth bedroom has 4 twin beds. This room is great for the kids, and includes a sitting/play area with a TV/DVD/VCR combination and a private bath with a shower and tub combination.
Purchase of Accidental Damage Protection Insurance of $45 is required on all rental stays in this home.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will have access to the Club facilities. Usage fees for some amenities and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.
