The villa is within biking distance to the beach and an even shorter bike ride to deepwater Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village. Guests enjoy access to a community pool as well as access to the Seabrook Beach Club pools.
The living room, with creek and marsh views, has hardwood floors, plus 52 inch flat screen TV with DVD and DirecTV. Guests enjoy access to wireless internet. The living room also opens onto the screened porch. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The dining area, which opens to both the kitchen and living room, offers access to the screened porch. The table seats eight. The screened porch overlooks the private dock, marsh, and tidal creek all of which offer a wealth of fishing and crabbing opportunities. Kayaks can also be rented and delivered to the dock.
The large master suite with lots of natural light has a King bed. The master bath has a large vanity with double bowl sinks, private water closet, and large soaking tub. The bath also has a separate shower with a handheld sprayer. The master suite also has stairs that lead to the loft which provides extra bedding with a Twin with Trundle. Also, the loft has a writing desk. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and access to the hall bath. The hall bath features bead board on the walls, large tiled shower with handheld sprayer and farmhouse style free standing sink. The third bedroom, located on the second floor, has a Queen bed and private bath with a large shower with handheld sprayer.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will have access to the Club facilities. Usage fees for some amenities and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.
