This non-smoking 2-story villa has views of the marsh and access to the amenities of the Seabrook Island Club. This villa allows six guests, though there are only beds for four (a queen and 2 twin beds). A high-quality blow-up double bed is provided for extra sleeping space (bed linens are provided). In addition to the wonderful amenities of this Creekwatch villa, guests can enjoy the free community swimming pool and crabbing dock. Approximately 1235 square feet.



The comfortable living areas feature hardwood floors. The dining room seast 6 guests, and the living room has a ceiling fan. Guests also enjoy a flat screen TV in the living room and wireless internet access. The living room also has deck access. The kitchen has tile flooring and backsplash, and easy access through the dining area to the furnished screened porch, which overlooks the marsh. The second bedroom is accessed via spiral staircase. Guests can enjoy dining indoors or outdoors!



The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will be charged $25 per day, $150 per week, or $210 per month, for the Club amenity access cards. ResortQuest will rebate the access amount, up to $150. (Original receipts from the Club can be turned into ResortQuest's Front Desk in Freshfields Village upon departure. Rebate available only to direct ResortQuest rental guests.) Usage fees and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.



Each Creekwatch Villa includes: free parking, deck and screened porch, free access to community swimming pool, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.
