Located in a quiet area on Seabrook Island, guests in this home will love the use of the private hot tub, gazebo, gas grill, multiple fireplaces and sunroom! Other features include wonderful golf and lagoon views, plus wireless internet access and use of the garage. This home has bedding for eight guests, but will allow up to ten guests. Please note, this home rents from Saturday to Saturday only, year round.
FIRST FLOOR: The open floor plan of the living areas makes sure you don't have to miss a thing! The living room area features a gas fireplace and a large, new flat screen TV with DVD player and stereo system, plus a small collection of books to enjoy during your stay. Curl up in front of the gas fireplace, or turn on the ceiling fan to create a little breeze. From the living room, step down into the comfortably furnished sunroom, where you have a marvelous view of the golf course and lagoon. A door leads out from the sunroom to the deck. The gourmet kitchen features granite counters, a double oven, Bosch dishwasher, and oversized refrigerator with a separate freezer. The kitchen island breakfast bar seats four guests, and there is a small desk area which seats another. The dining area has seating for eight at the long handmade table. Both the living room and kitchen are decorated with original South American art. A half bath is located down the hall. The recently redecorated master suite is on the first floor. The room's focal point is a lovely king bed. There is also a small writing desk, a gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom includes heated floor tiles and a large walk-in shower with multiple showerheads. Sliding glass doors from the bedroom access the furnished deck. The large back deck has a gas grill and hot tub, and opens onto the back yard, where the private gazebo overlooks the lagoon and golf course.
SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor there are three more bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen beds, while the third has two twins. All three bedrooms share a full hall bath.
Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems. The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will have access to the Club facilities. Usage fees for some amenities and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use. Square Feet 2856
