The Island House
Located on the tip of Seabrook Island and opened in late 2009, The Island House, is a 30,000 square foot Clubhouse with gorgeous architecture showcasing its seaside design. Brand new golf shops and locker rooms and expanded practice facilities excite all levels of golfers. New formal and informal dining areas, expansive outdoor verandas and gardens and a 6,000 square foot ballroom will be the gathering place of choice for Club members and guests staying in Club member-owned properties. The ballroom will be the perfect venue for Meetings, Weddings and Reunions.
The Beach Club
Excellent views abound from almost every room, particularly the exercise room. The pursuit of physical fitness is enhanced by glimpses of egrets, herons and cruising alligators. The indoor pool, children's activity rooms and adult crafts rooms are all already in full usage.
A gigantic sprawling live oak tree named 'Bostock Oak' was saved during the construction on the fourteen acre property. Bostock Oak is a featured resting point along the facility's winding bike path that extends all the way to Freshfields Village and ResortQuest Seabrook Island's Guest Check-In office. The Racquet Club
Tennis Resorts Online named Seabrook Island Racquet Club as one of its Top 50 Tennis Resorts in the World for 2013, as well as awarding the Club the #3 spot for Best Fitness Center. POA - Lakehouse
The Red Ribbon was cut during the Grand Opening Celebrations for the new Seabrook Island Lake House in 2009. This beautiful new 24,000 square foot facility features big windows showcasing the seven acre lake, and will act as the social gathering point for Seabrook Island. Guests incur a small fee for usage of P.O.A. (Property Owner's Association) facilities including the Indoor Pool and Fitness Center.
