Lodging Features: East Beach Lagoon 16 is a 6-bedroom, 5.5 bath home offering a private walkway to the beach, a private pool and spa (heating available - fees/restrictions apply - please call office for details and to confirm) and an outdoor kitchen. Located directly on the beach this vacation rental is an excellent choice for a beach getaway on Hilton Head Island.

This home features a spacious living room with tray ceilings accompanied with views of the pool area and ocean. The updated gourmet kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, double ovens and granite countertops. A formal dining room has seating for 10 and offers views of the beach. Additional amenities include wireless Internet, free tennis, two full laundry rooms, a sleeper sofa, and a large sun room overlooking the pool area.

The bottom-floor master bedroom offers king-sized bedding and has private access to the pool area, while the master bathroom features a double vanity, jetted garden tub and a stand-alone shower. The top-floor master bedroom has king-sized bedding and access to a balcony overlooking the pool and beach. A master bathroom is shared with bedroom three and features a glass-encased rain shower and a double sink vanity.

Bedroom three and four have double twin-sized bedding, while bedroom five has a king-sized bed with private access to the pool area. Bedroom six is also located on the top floor and features a king-sized bed, plus private access to a balcony overlooking the ocean. Each bedroom, with the exception of bedroom 3, has a private full bathroom.

East Beach Lagoon 16 is located in beautiful Sea Pines. This 5,000-acre resort is just moments away from Harbour Town, which boasts the RBC Heritage PGA TOUR golf tournament, as well as Hilton Head's iconic candy-cane-striped lighthouse. Enjoy South Beach and Harbour Town shopping, dolphin cruises, kayak rentals and sunset dinners. Sea Pines is bordered by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Calibogue Sound, providing miles of unspoiled beachfront access.
