Lodging Features: Whistling Swan 03 is a 5-bedroom, 5-bath home located in the community of Sea Pines. A private pool with waterfall (not heatable), a detached guest house and a contemporary kitchen make this vacation rental an excellent choice for a beach getaway on Hilton Head Island.
A cozy living room features a fireplace, a sectional couch and access to a large deck. The newly renovated kitchen offers granite countertops and stainless steel appliance, while an open floor plan allows views of the formal dining room that seats 6. Additional amenities include wireless Internet, free tennis, a sun room with full laundry room, and a sleeper sofa.
The master bedroom has king-sized bedding and a master bathroom featuring tiled stand-alone shower. Bedrooms two and three offer double twin-sized bedding, and share a bathroom. An outside pool house features a fourth bedroom with queen-sized bedding as well as a fifth bedroom with double twin-sized bedding, while sharing a full bathroom. Also featured in the pool house are a small kitchen and living room with access to the pool area.
Whistling Swan 3 is located in beautiful Sea Pines. This 5,000-acre resort is just moments away from Harbour Town, which boasts the RBC Heritage PGA TOUR golf tournament, as well as Hilton Head's iconic candy-cane-striped lighthouse. Enjoy South Beach and Harbour Town shopping, dolphin cruises, kayak rentals and sunset dinners. Sea Pines is bordered by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Calibogue Sound, providing miles of unspoiled beachfront access.
