Villa Features: This charming 2nd floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit in Lighthouse Tennis enjoys a beautiful lagoon view and bright spacious living area. The living room offers a colored striped sleeper sofa, 42 inch flat screen TV equipped with Blu Ray DVD, two side chairs and a coffee table. Plenty of light floods in from the large windows. Leading to the dining area, you will have seating for six, and next to there is the kitchen. It is fully equipped with all the cookware and appliances you will need. There is a linoleum finished floor, white cabinetry and washer dryer. The master bedroom is finished in a soft blue, and is complimented with a king bed and blue striped bedspread and TV. Connecting to the master is a private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, both with bright green bed spreads and soft lemon color walls. There is a TV and DVD combo, and a private bathroom with tub/shower combo.This property is ideally located beside the complex tennis courts and swimming pool. Enjoy the easy access to all the Sea Pines amenities including the extensive bike trails that lead you to Harbour Town, South Beach Marina and the ocean!
