Villa Features: This remodeled two bedroom villa provides a spacious floor plan. There are tiled floors upon entry and the kitchen, granite counter tops, new appliances, oak cabinets and wide plank wood flooring in the living and dining room. There is an enclosed courtyard with patio furniture and grill. The master bedroom has a King bed and the guest bedroom has a Queen bed. Both bedrooms share a full bath which is located in the hallway.
Queens Grant Complex Features: Queens Grant in Palmetto Dunes are located near the entrance of the plantation and along the Robert Trent Jones golf course. These spacious villas have vaulted ceiling and large living room areas. Beautifully maintained landscaping and large live oaks make this a great place to relax and enjoy all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer. There is a pool on-site and bike paths are easy to get to and lead to the beach which is just 5 minutes away. The Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and golf opportunities are both just a short walk away.

It is one of the most famous vacation resorts in the world as you can tee off on one of the signature golf courses or take in a match at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. Rent a kayak or canoe and explore the 11-mile lagoon system with an abundance of wildlife or visit Shelter Cove Harbour and join in one of the colorful fireworks-filled Harbourfest evenings.
