You can almost live outside around the Olympic-size salt water pool (heated seasonlly only for an additional fee- must call office in advance to confirm - does not heat if temperatures drop below 55 degrees). There is a wrap-around deck and covered porches with fans and comfortable sofa and chairs. There is a fully-equipped outside kitchen and bathroom. Grab a beach chair and be on one of the least crowded and most beautiful beaches in the world in less than two minutes. Walk out the front door and access miles of walking and biking trails with 200 year old oaks and lagoons.
Opening up to the pool and covered porches, there is a huge living room/game room with pool table, wet bar, mini-refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot, along with a 50 inch screen tv equipped with free Netflix. This makes a great gathering place for a large group for multiple activities inside and out by the pool. There are three king sized bedrooms with private baths and sitting areas. They are situated for maximum privacy and easy access to the game room/living area, porches and pool. Also on this level there is a library filled with books and a fully-functional office with printer/fax, TV, and WI-fi internet access. There is free domestic telephone service.
The top level has a soaring great room and a dining room that will seat up to 12 people. The kitchen is open to these areas and to another large covered porch. It is fully equipped with pots, dishes, place settings, beverage and wine glasses and much more. With granite counter tops, new induction cook top, and completely new appliances and mission styled cabinets, this home is a chef's dream. There is even a keeping room with sofa, chairs, and flat screen TV, making a perfect area for winding down while cooking. The master bedroom on this level has a king bed, TV/VCR, sitting area, access to the deck, and a spacious bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower, and jetted tub. There is also a large bedroom with twin beds and a half bath on this level.
