Villa Features: This beautifully finished two bedroom end townhouse situated in the wonderful resort of Palmetto Dunes is an excellent choice for your next trip to Hilton Head. The villa is just a short walk to the beach and is close to the Robert Trent Jones golf course, and tennis center. The property has been finished with wood floors, crown molding and tasteful furniture. The living room offers a leather sofa, one side chair that converts to a twin sleeper and a flat screen TV. You can also relax on the deck and enjoy the peaceful view of the lagoon. The living, kitchen and dining rooms are open plan and the kitchen has been upgraded with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, beautiful cabinetry and washer/dryer. The dining room furniture seats six an there is also a full bathroom off the living room. The master bedroom is located downstairs, and has a king bed, private bathroom and has been finished with granite tops, flat screen TV; and there is also access to the deck. Upstairs is the guest bedroom, which has a queen bed, TV/DVD/VCR combo and private bathroom. There is an additional twin bed on the landing.
Hickory Cove Complex Features: Hickory Cove Villas are on the Robert Trent Jones Golf course. All are short walking distance to the beach. While floor plans and view vary, all the villas feature a full kitchen with laundry room, and a deck or patio adjacent to the living room.
