Villa Features: This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa provides all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. The ground floor is open plan to the kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen has been finished with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar area. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, loveseat and TV/DVD. Next to the living room is the dining area, which seats six. You can relax on the deck and enjoy the view of the lagoon and golf course. Upstairs you will find three queen size bedrooms, two which have a TV and all have closet space. Each bedroom has a private bath with tub/shower. There is an on-site pool directly facing the villa and tennis is available. Beach access through Shipyard Beach Club is a short drive away or you can get there easily using the convenient bike paths located throughout.
Golfmaster Villas Features: Nicely decorated and nestled in one of Shipyard's most beautiful settings are the Golfmaster Villas. A large complex swimming pool is located on the villa grounds and there is also tennis nearby. Surrounding these villas you will find the Brigantine/Clippers challenging holes of the Shipyard Golf Course. These units offer a spacious living room, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. Many of these villas have views of the lake or golf course.
