Villa Features: This charming villa is equipped with all amenities for your next trip to Hilton Head Island. On entering the villa you will be greeted with an open plan living and dining room. The living area has a comfortable sofa, love seat, side chair and flat screen TV. The dining table and chairs seat four, and there is access to the deck where you can relax and take in the view of the beautiful lagoon. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances. Queens Grant Complex Features: Queens Grant in Palmetto Dunes are located near the entrance of the plantation and along the Robert Trent Jones golf course. These spacious villas have vaulted ceiling and large living room areas. Beautifully maintained landscaping and large live oaks make this a great place to relax and enjoy all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer. There is a pool on-site and bike paths are easy to get to and lead to the beach which is just 5 minutes away. The Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and golf opportunities are both just a short walk away.

Rent a kayak or canoe and explore the 11-mile lagoon system with an abundance of wildlife or ride along in the courtesy shuttle, "The Dunes Buggy," to Shelter Cove Marina and join in one of the colorful fireworks filled Harbourfest.
