Villa Features: This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom tastefully finished villa provides all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation.Nestled in Shipmaster, you will have a 10-12 minute walk to the Shipyard beach access. The ground floor is open plan to the kitchen, dining and living room and has a combo of tile and bamboo floor. The kitchen has been finished with granite counter tops, high end stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar area with comfortable stools and modern lighting. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, chairs, flat screen TV and DVD. The dining area has a contemporary table and chairs that seat six. Leading out to the patio, you can relax on the patio furniture and enjoy the view of the lagoon. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a king bed, large built-in closet and flat screen TV/DVD. It also provides a private bathroom with separate shower and granite tops. Upstairs are two large additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed,TV/DVD, private bath with tub/shower and a deck overlooking the lagoon. The second has a queen bed,TV/DVD, private bathroom with separate shower.This unit is also pet friendly (must call for details, off season for fee).There is an on-site pool a few minutes walk from the villa and tennis is available.
