Lodging Features:This spectacular home has been built with attention to detail, and a grand prominent style has been executed perfectly throughout. There are six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, and the front and back of the property show views of Robert Trent Jones golf course. Perfectly located within Palmetto Dunes it is close to the tennis center, golf course and only a short walk to the beach!
As you enter the property you are greeted with beautifully tiled flooring, and architectural pillars which enhance the walkway through to the great room, family living and dining area that are enhanced with impressive coffered high ceilings. Both areas are complimented with plenty of furnishings for relaxation and large windows that provide plenty of light. There is also a large screened Carolina room for additional enjoyment. The gourmet kitchen has been completed with black onyx granite counter tops, and exquisite cabinetry throughout. There is a double oven, gas cook top and side-by-side refrigerator, along with separate pantry.
Outside there is plenty of space to entertain, and cook out on the gas grill. While cooking out on the grill, enjoy the breath taking pool which has a maximum depth of around six and half feet, and the shallow end is four and half. This pool can also be heated seasonally for a fee (must call office in advance to schedule - does not heat if temperatures drop below 55 degrees). There is also a full bath at the pool area.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and has been designed with tray ceilings, carpeted flooring and finished in soft blue. There is a king bed, 46 inch flat screen TV with DVD. The private bathroom offers a separate shower, Jacuzzi tub and double vanities complete with granite tops and stylish wood cabinetry. This bedroom also opens out to the patio which has a wonderful view of the pool, lagoon and golf course. Also great for a morning cup of Joe or afternoon tea! You also have the convenience and privacy of a computer desk, for the business professional.
The junior master is located on the second floor and can be accessed by stairs. This bedroom features a king bed, 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD. There is an adjoining private bathroom with granite top double vanities and separate shower. You can also relax on the private balcony and enjoy views of the 18th tee of the Robert Trent Jones golf course.
The third bedroom is on the first floor and has two twin beds, private bathroom with separate shower and granite top single vanity. There is also a 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD. Just outside this bedroom is a half bath.
On the opposite side of the home are the remaining three bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor and has a queen bed with private bathroom offering a shower/tub combo and a fantastic stone effect granite top and single vanity. A set of stairs takes you to the fifth and sixth bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, additional chairs with tables,sleeper sofa and 42 inch flat screen TV and has plenty of light from the large window. There is an adjoining bedroom which offers a pyramid style bunk (twin on top, double on bottom), and a 32 inch flat screen TV for enjoyment. Both of these bedrooms share a bathroom that is located outside of the king bedroom at the top of the stairs. It has a separate shower and unique granite top single vanity.
