Lodging Features:
This charming, beautiful oceanfront home features four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and sweeping views of the Atlantic. At the entrance to the home you are greeted by a white picket fence surrounding a well-landscaped courtyard with quaint steps up to the front door and porch with porch-swing. The exterior, in creamy pale yellow, is warm and inviting. Inside the front door, the living room is well-appointed with shabby-chic coastal decor, fireplace centerpiece and large windows overlooking the ocean. There are white, painted wooden batten interior walls and black hardwood and Spanish tile flooring throughout. The dining area and a separate media room, featuring a large flat screen TV, flow right from the living room and the granite-counter top kitchen and updated appliances make for a comfortable, relaxing gathering area of the home. Two bedrooms are situated downstairs: one king bed and two sets of bunk beds in the second guest room. Both feature full baths and receive natural lighting with skylights. Upstairs you will find a spacious master bedroom complete with a master bath and Jacuzzi tub, sweeping views of the Atlantic from a private balcony, plus an office nook. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and is located above the garage which is detached from the home. Bathroom access for this bedroom is also located in the main home. Outside the back of the home you will be pampered with a private pool (unable to be heated), grill and multi-level deck area that leads to a wooden beach path through sea oats and wild grass-covered dunes onto the beach.

It offers the ideal location for families with beaches, shopping and dining located within convenient walking distance from most homes and villas. The newly renovated Coligny Beach Park area provides benches, swings, fountain, restroom and changing rooms for beachgoers and the wide stretches of white sand beach are ideal for a family day by the ocean.
