Lodging Features: This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was totally renovated in June 2012. Centrally located in Sea Pines you are a short bike ride to Harbour Town and short drive to South Beach Marina. The home has a unique open floor plan, and been finished in a bright tasteful decor.
Upon entering the home, you are greeted with beautiful new wood floors which lead to the spacious Sun room. The Sun room is a perfect place to relax while enjoying the views of the lagoon, golf course, pool (unable to be heated) and moss covered oaks and pines. There is a cozy love seat and an additional high table with two chairs.
The living room provides plenty of space for family gatherings and has a large flat screen. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, stainless steel back splash and is stocked with all the items for vacation cooking. You can relax during morning coffee or after dinner in the kitchen at the cozy window seat. The dining room has seating for six, and has two over sized chairs.
The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and private bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, with flat screen TV; and the third bedroom has a Pyramid bunk bed with a twin and double, and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Both bedrooms share the bathroom located in the hallway. This is the perfect home to enjoy your next trip to Hilton Head Island!
