While there is not pool access with this home it is just a short bike ride to the beach or a ten minute walk, and nearby golf course; this property is sure to offer you all that you need for your vacation to Hilton Head Island.
The home has recently been renovated with new furniture, bedding, fresh painted walls and decor. On entering the property you are greeted with beautiful wood floors that run throughout the foyer. The living area is spacious and there is an enclosed porch off the living room where you can relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and seating for dining.
On the ground floor is the master bedroom which has a king bed and private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. Upstairs is the third bedroom which has two twin beds. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Outside you will find a deck with furniture.
Shipyard Features: With its lovely accommodations, three golf courses and tennis club, this 800-acre gated resort community is proof that good things do come in small packages on Hilton Head Island.
