Lodging Features: This two story ResortQuest by Wyndham Vacation Rentals vacation rental is an excellent choice for your family vacation. The villa boasts beautiful sweeping views of the golf course and is ideally located within walking distance to the beach. If you prefer the pool, Plantation Club has a family friendly pool for guests.
The main floor includes a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, laundry and powder room. There is a love seat, and a sofa that converts to a sleeper; suitable for two guests. A flat screen TV, DVD and wireless internet are available for your entertainment and you can also walk out onto private backyard patio and sit and relax.
Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The master has a king bed, with dressing room, flat screen TV and you can admire the golf views from the private deck. The other bedrooms both have two twin beds and one has a flat screen TV.
Plantation Club Complex Features:Plantation Club Villas are townhouses and flats conveniently located in the heart of Sea Pines, right in between the beach and Sea Pines' famous Harbour Town Marina. Most of these villas have direct golf course views with woods and tranquil lagoon backgrounds. The Sea Pines Beach Club (your access to 12-miles of beach), the Ocean and Heron Point golf courses, the Sea Pines Health Club (additional fee) and other Sea Pines amenities are a short walk or bike ride away. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. Part of the many miles of paved leisure trails comes within approx. 50 yds. of your front door. Fun is all around you, even one of two pools is just steps away from your front door. Two bedroom units are found on all four floors, with elevator service for the upper floors.
