The living room has a wet bar, and access to a deck with a seating area. The updated kitchen has granite countertops and a dining area that provides seating for 6. Additional amenities include a sofa sleeper, wireless Internet, free tennis and a complex pool.

The master bedroom features king-sized bedding, a seating area with a full size futon, and a private full bathroom. Bedroom two has queen-sized bedding and a bunk bed that offers full-sized and twin-sized bedding, as well as a private full bathroom.

Evian 208 is located on an 800-acre gated resort community called Shipyard Plantation. Surrounded by trees draped in Spanish moss, numerous lagoons and varieties of semi-tropical birds and wildlife, beach club access, 27 holes of golf and twelve miles of bike paths throughout the plantation.
