From the outset, Heritage Road 35 is a beautiful, visually-appealing, five-bedroom home (with two dedicated master bedrooms) graced with southern charm - a perfect rental for the RBC Heritage PGA TOUR golf tournament, for a large family gathering, or for a group golf retreat. Surrounded by stately live oaks and lush landscaping, you know the moment you arrive this will be a great vacation.

From your first step inside the front door, you know you've stepped into an inviting home. You are greeted with a beautiful double-staircase and banister with a high atrium. A quick glance to the right and you'll see quickly the youthful energy of the home - a billiard room will beckon eager guests for a game.

Into the living area, guests are steadied beneath their feet with oak and off-white travertine flooring throughout the main floor, while gaining a sense of calm as they survey their surroundings - tastefully decorated by acclaimed J Banks Design Group. A warm hearth is on the left with comfortably arranged sofas in front of you and a flat screen TV for entertainment. A welcoming kitchen with warmly painted cabinetry is to your right, while, if you gaze straight ahead through the glass doors, a perfect view of the 8th tee box and 7th green of the famed Harbour Town Golf Links awaits.

The well-appointed kitchen is finished with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The half-crescent kitchen bar is a perfect blending area between where the family relaxes and where meals are made. The dining area, just off to the kitchen and to the right of the living room, is furnished with a sturdy dining table that will comfortably seat a family friendly gathering of 10.

Off to the left of the main living area on the first floor is a large, spacious master bedroom with king-sized bed. The bedroom is complete with sizeable dresser, armoir with flat screen TV, private office, chaise lounge and large closet. It is adjoined with sliding doors to a master study that looks out onto a screened in porch off the back of the home. The adjoining master bathroom (all bathrooms in this home are ensuites, or connected) and this one is well-appointed with a Jacuzzi tub, travertine flooring and granite countertops, double-sink combined with a walk-in shower and vanity.

Up to the top of the home on the second floor, three bedrooms await travel-weary guests. A second master bedroom takes center stage, with king-sized bed and Tommy Bahama style bedding, flat screen TV and comfortable adjoining private bathroom finished with granite countertops, double-sink and travertine tile. A second, well-appointed bedroom is to the left, with a full-sized bed, flat screen TV, adjoining private bathroom and large closet. The third bedroom is perfect for children, with an oversized bunk bed, a single bed, plus a trundle bed underneath. The sailing d?cor of the children's room is playful, a flat screen TV is available for entertainment and a private bathroom adjoins.

The fifth bedroom is found above the garage and can be reached via a staircase from the sizeable patio and deck area off the back of the home. It is complete with its own private balcony overlooking the golf course, TV, and extra couches, private bathroom and it can be converted easily into a play room.

Not to be overlooked, the rear of the home is finished with an inviting swimming pool and patio area, perfect for outdoor gatherings. There is a stand alone propane grill available for guest use. The screened in porch houses a wrought iron table and chairs creating a comfortable, enclosed seating and dining area when desired - great for enjoying our Island's sea breezes and relaxing Lowcountry pace of life.

Sea Pines Features: The largest and best known of the Island's vacation destinations, this 5,000-acre resort includes the Harbour Town Links of RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head's iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Guided horseback rides with Lawton Stables Equestrian Center take guests into the 605-acre forest preserve, while the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town offer shopping, dolphin cruises, kayak rentals and sunset dinners. Sea Pines is bordered by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Calibogue Sound, providing miles of unspoiled beachfront access.
