Evian 233 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa located in the community of Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island.

The living room has a wet bar, a fireplace, a large flat-screen TV and access to a deck with a seating area overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The eat-in kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and seating for 4, while a dining area provides additional seating for 6.

The master bedroom features king-sized bedding, trey ceiling, a flat-screen TV and a seating area. Bedroom two has double twin-sized bedding, and each bedroom offers a private full bathroom. Additional amenities include a sofa sleeper, wireless Internet, free tennis and a complex pool.

Evian 233 is located on an 800-acre gated resort community called Shipyard Plantation. Surrounded by trees draped in Spanish moss, numerous lagoons and varieties of semi-tropical birds and wildlife, beach club access, 27 holes of golf and twelve miles of bike paths throughout the plantation.
