This oversized, four bedroom ocean view Singleton Beach home is impeccable, spacious, and one of the most well-appointed homes in the neighborhood. Positioned on the edge of Hilton Head's folly marsh, with sweeping ocean views throughout, this home comfortably sleeps 8 to 16 people in a number of configurations. The home's gourmet kitchen has top of the line Viking and Sub Zero appliances and a separate dining area that seats 8 people, with another 3 bar stools at the kitchen's center island. The main floor also has a comfortable living area with a gas fireplace and a half bathroom. There are two laundry rooms in the home, one on the main floor and another on the second level. Unique features to this home are the in-ground 40' lap pool (not heatable) that is the focal point of the backyard area, as well as the shared crabbing dock extending into a small marsh channel beyond the fenced in backyard.



There in one bedroom on the main floor with a king bed, large flat screen television and a small balcony with peek-a-boo views of the distant ocean. This room also has a large sitting area that can be closed off with a large flat screen television and two oversized chairs that pull out to make two additional twin beds. Both of these sleeping areas share a full bathroom room with a glassed in marble shower.



The second floor has two bedrooms that are separated by a long hallway. The oversized master suite has a king bed with large windows with expansive ocean and marsh views and a gas fireplace. It has a large bathroom with two separate vanities, jetted soaking tub and walk-in marble shower - both with ocean views. There is a separate room with a toilet and bidet. The two spacious walk-in closets have built in drawers and cabinets. Additionally, the master suite has an oversized sitting area with small wet bar, large flat screen television, and a queen size sofa sleeper. The other king bedroom on the second floor has an additional queen size murphy bed carefully hidden behind double doors. This large room has a private full bathroom, flat screen television, and an oversized built-in desk. Additionally a small balcony overlooks the front of the home and a distant peek of the ocean.



The third floor has a king size bedroom with flat screen television and a small balcony overlooking the front of the home and the distant ocean views. This bedroom utilizes the third floor's bathroom with standalone tiled shower. Sweeping ocean and marsh views are found in the spacious office with queen sized sofa bed located on the opposite side of the floor. This space has a large flat screen television, built in desk, cabinetry, and a small wet bar off to the side. Step out on to this room's balcony for one of the best views Hilton Head Island has to offer.
