On the seventh row from the beach, this home offers a private pool with spa (heating available - fees/restrictions apply - please call office for details and to confirm), two living areas and an updated kitchen.
The main living area is located on the second floor and features a fireplace, large flat-screen TV and an attached spiral staircase leading to the pool area. A second living area can be found on the first floor and also grants access to the pool and spa area. The updated kitchen has granite countertops, double sinks and a wet bar with an ice machine.
The master bedroom has king-sized bedding and offers a private balcony overlooking the pool area. Bedrooms two and three offer queen-sized bedding, and bedrooms four and five offer double twin-sized bedding. Bedroom six has double full-sized bedding, and each bedroom has a private full bathroom.
