Lodging Features:Catboat 09 located in the Palmetto Dunes Resort area on Hilton Head Island, provides a view of the ocean. This 5-bedroom, 5-bath home features two master bedrooms, a private walkway to the sound, and a private pool and spa (heating available - fees/restrictions apply - please call office for details and to confirm).

The living room features a fireplace, a view of the sound and a wet bar that includes two wine fridges. A second living room on the top floor features extra seating and a private balcony overlooking the sound. The gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops, a conventional oven, and an island with a wet bar and wine fridge overlooking the ocean. The formal dining room provides seating for 8. Additional amenities include free wireless Internet, a full laundry room, an elevator and a sleeper sofa.

The main master bedroom has king-sized bedding, a sitting area and grants access to a spiral staircase leading to the pool and spa area. The master bathroom features a double-sink vanity, deep jetted garden tub and a stand-alone shower.

A second master bedroom has queen-sized bedding and access to the pool and spa area, while the master bathroom features a double-sink vanity, a deep-jetted garden tub and stand-alone shower. Bedrooms three and four have double twin-sized bedding, while bedroom five offers queen-sized bedding. Each bedroom offers a full private bathroom.

Catboats 09 is located in Palmetto Dunes, where guests can canoe and kayak through an intricate 11-mile lagoon system or relax with shopping, dining and entertainment. The community features miles of white-sand beach, three world-class golf courses, and guest tennis and fitness centers. At the heart of Palmetto Dunes is Shelter Cove Marina, a signature waterfront neighborhood that hosts some of the best island cuisine, boutiques, art galleries, watersports, tours, and weekly waterfront fireworks displays.
