This 4-bedroom, 4-bath home offers a private pool (heating available - fees/restrictions apply - please call office for details and to confirm - does not heat if temperatures drop below 55 degrees), a private walkway to the beach and a garage.

The living room features vaulted ceilings, sliding glass doors to a balcony and a spectacular view of the ocean. The galley kitchen has an island for extra seating and access to a dining table that seats 6. Additional amenities include wireless Internet, a gated backyard and a sleeper sofa.

Bedrooms one and two have queen-sized bedding with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Bedrooms three and four offer double full-sized bedding and also share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Several of the bedrooms offer views of the ocean and pool area.

Dune Lane 99 is located in Forest Beach, one of the original Hilton Head beach communities. It offers the ideal location for families, with beaches, shopping and dining located within convenient walking distance from most homes and villas. The newly renovated Coligny Beach Park area provides benches, swings, a fountain, restrooms and changing rooms for beachgoers, and the wide stretches of white-sand beach are ideal for a day by the ocean. For the active vacationer, guests of Forest Beach enjoy outdoor beach volleyball courts and easy access to miles of bike trails.
