The large living room has a flat-screen TV, a wet bar and an attached balcony overlooking the sound. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a conventional oven, while the formal dining room has seating for 8. A loft area on the first floor has extra seating, a large flat-screen TV and a private balcony overlooking the beach. Additional amenities include wireless Internet, a full laundry room, a double garage and a sleeper sofa.
The top-floor master bedroom has king-sized bedding and a private patio that attaches to the pool area, while the master bathroom features marble flooring, a tiled- in garden tub, a double vanity and a stand-alone shower.
