Villa Features: Evian 293 is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa located in the community of Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island.

The living room has a fireplace and access to a deck with a seating area overlooking the golf course. The kitchen comes fully equipped, and a dining area provides seating for 6. Additional amenities include a sofa sleeper, wireless Internet, free tennis and a complex pool.

The master bedroom features king-sized bedding and a seating area that includes a chaise lounge. Bedroom two also has king-sized bedding, and bedroom three has queen-sized bedding. Each bedroom offers a private full bathroom with a deep bathtub.

Evian 293 is located on an 800-acre gated resort community called Shipyard Plantation. Surrounded by trees draped in Spanish moss, numerous lagoons and varieties of semi-tropical birds and wildlife, beach club access, 27 holes of golf and twelve miles of bike paths throughout the plantation.
