The large living area features access to a deck with a seating area. The updated kitchen comes fully equipped, and a dining area provides seating for 6. Additional amenities include a sleeper sofa, wireless Internet and a complex pool.
The master bedroom features king-sized bedding, a seating area and access to the patio. Bedroom two has two full-sized bedding, and bedroom three has a queen-sized bedding. Each bedroom has a full bathroom.
Fazio 20 is located in Palmetto Dunes, where guests can canoe and kayak through an intricate 11-mile lagoon system or relax with shopping, dining and entertainment. The community features miles of white-sand beach, three world-class golf courses, and guest tennis and fitness centers. At the heart of Palmetto Dunes is Shelter Cove Marina, a signature waterfront neighborhood that hosts some of the best island cuisine, boutiques, art galleries, watersports, tours, and weekly waterfront fireworks displays.
