The master bedroom features king-sized bedding, a seating area and access to the patio which is furnished with a charcoal grill. The private full bathroom has a granite-countertop vanity. Bedroom two has double twin-sized bedding, access to the patio and a full private bathroom. This condo also features skylights, updated woodwork and trim throughout, as well as custom-built shelving in each of the closets. Additionally, the outdoor shower is ideal for washing up after a long day at the beach.
Fairway Lane 99 is located in beautiful Sea Pines. This 5,000-acre resort is just moments away from Harbour Town, which boasts the RBC Heritage PGA TOUR golf tournament, as well as Hilton Head's iconic candy-cane-striped lighthouse.
