Hampton Place 5209 is a front row ocean vacation rental in the community of Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa features direct views of the ocean, an updated master bathroom and kitchen. This is a condo is on the corner of the second floor featuring a wraparound balcony with some of the best oceanfront views on the island.
The living room features a floor-to-ceiling windows and access to a balcony with an ocean view. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, an eat-at bar and access to a screened-in porch overlooking the sound. A dining area provides seating for 6. Additional amenities include wireless Internet, a full laundry room and a complex pool.
The master bedroom has king-sized bedding and access to a private balcony overlooking the beach, while the master bathroom features a double-sink vanity, a deep garden tub and a stand-alone shower. Bedroom two also has king-sized bedding, and bedroom three has two double-sized bedding.
Hampton Place 5209 is located in Palmetto Dunes, where guests can canoe and kayak through an intricate 11-mile lagoon system or relax with shopping, dining and entertainment. The community features miles of white-sand beach, three world-class golf courses, and guest tennis and fitness centers. At the heart of Palmetto Dunes is Shelter Cove Marina, a signature waterfront neighborhood that hosts some of the best island cuisine, boutiques, art galleries, watersports, tours, and weekly waterfront fireworks displays.
