Lodging Features: This pleasant 4-bedroom home includes a private loft with sleeping area and is a great choice for family gatherings, golf getaways and business retreats . The 3-story windows in the great room offer panoramic views of the 1st, 2nd, 8th and 9th holes of the Fazio Golf Course. The main level has a large, open floorplan with the living area, two dining areas and kitchen all open onto one another. There is a wet bar in the main living room, as well as a den with seating and large flat screen television with DVD/VCR. The master suite has an expansive private bath, perfect for relaxing after a day on the greens. The loft functions as a 5th bedroom and has two queen beds. Enjoy the beautiful year-round weather in the private pool, host an outdoor cookout on the great deck or large backyard, or take a short stroll to the beach. The pool can be heated seasonally for an additional fee - must call office in advance to confirm - does not heat if temperatures drop below 55 degrees.
