Lodging Features: Knott's Way 40 is an unforgettable house located directly on the beaches of Hilton Head in the Forest Beach community. This 6-bedroom, 7.5 bath home features an elevator, two master bedrooms and a private pool and spa (heating available - fees/restrictions apply - please call office for details to confirm - does not heat if temperatures drop below 55 degrees).
The living room has leather couches, a large flat-screen TV and opens up into a large gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops, a flat-top stove and oven, an island that seats 6 and a built in wet bar. The dining area seats 8 and grants access to a balcony overlooking the ocean and pool. An entertainment room located on the top floor offers a full kitchen, large flat-screen TV, a full bath and a balcony overlooking the ocean. Additional amenities include wireless Internet, a double garage, a full laundry room, a private walkway to the beach and a sleeper sofa.
The main master bedroom is located on the second floor and offers king-sized bedding. The bedroom has a separate living area including a couch, large flat-screen TV, and a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bathroom features his-and-hers granite vanities, a tiled stand-alone shower and a jetted garden tub. The second master bedroom is located on the third floor and features king-sized bedding, while the master bathroom has granite double vanities, a stand-alone shower and a jetted garden tub.
