The living room has a wet bar and views of the waterway from the floor-to-ceiling windows. A large eat-in kitchen features granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances, while a formal dining room provides seating for 6. Additional amenities include wireless Internet, a dock for canoes on the waterway, a full laundry room, covered porches, and an outside grilling and lounging area.

The main master bedroom has king-sized bedding and grants access to the covered porch with seating area, while the master bathroom features double-sink vanity, a deep garden tub and a stand-alone shower.
