Lodging Features: This gorgeous home is located just a short walk from the beach and is complete with many comfortable furnishings and amenities to make for a great vacation. Step into this beautiful spacious home, complete with cathedral ceilings in the foyer and hardwood and tile flooring throughout. The first floor includes a gourmet kitchen, which serves as a great focal point for family or group gatherings. There are two separate dining rooms, seating up to twelve people; two sitting/lounge areas overlooking the pool (not able to be heated) and the backyard lagoon view; a master bedroom with walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub; a step-up queen bedroom with full bathroom, along with an extra half bath in the hallway across from the laundry room.



The second floor of the home offers a variety of bedroom and bathroom combinations. As you walk up the steps to the second level there's a private queen bedroom with full bath. Along the hallway is the second master suite with a king bed complete with full bath, microwave, and coffee maker and overlooks the pool and lagoon. Across the hallway is the fourth bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. Just down the hallway is the children's suite, offering two twin beds, a full bath along with a microwave for heating up quick snacks. The exterior backyard showcases a deck and patio complete with a propane grill for outdoor cooking. The swimming pool & spa (neither are able to be heated) is a great amenity so that you can cool off on hot summer days and there is a fishing dock along Palmetto Dunes' 12-mile lagoon-canal system.



Palmetto Dunes Features: The premier Palmetto Dunes resort area features three miles of pristine beach, three world-class golf courses and tennis center. Canoe and kayak through the intricate 11-mile lagoon system or relax with shopping, dining and kids activities and entertainment. At the heart of Palmetto Dunes is Shelter Cove Harbour, a signature waterfront neighborhood that hosts some of the best island cuisine, boutiques, art galleries, watersports, tours, kids events and a weekly summer waterfront fireworks display (seasonal).
