Lodging Features: This ResortQuest vacation home is conveniently located 3rd row from the ocean which makes for a short walk to the beach and the oceanfront community pool and deck. The home is newly renovated, with upgraded flooring, paint, appliances, bedding and d?cor. Crisp contemporary furnishings adorn the living area and new teak wood flooring adds a warm accent throughout them main level. There is a TV/DVD/VCR in the living area, as well as televisions in each individual room. The fully-equipped kitchen features new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Kitchen, dining room and living areas all open onto each other and have numerous windows to provide plenty of light and views of the manicured grounds. There is a wet bar with wine cooler and sink in the living area, perfect for serving drinks after a day at the beach. In addition, the home has two decks as well as a patio table and outdoor entertainment area with BBQ grill. All guests enjoy access to the nearby complex pool, as well as children's pool and gazebo area.
