This single-level ocean-oriented home is just a short walk to the beach and is beautifully decorated in a clean and contemporary style and is comfortably furnished. The private pool is surrounded by lush landscaping and offers an adjacent hot tub (heating fee applies) with a sizable patio perfect for lounging or outdoor dining. The fully-equipped kitchen includes upgraded appliances and tile flooring that extends throughout the dining area. A dining table with seating for up to 8 overlooks the large private pool area. The roomy living area includes plenty of seating, as well as a built-in bookshelf and entertainment center with large flat screen television, DVD player and VCR. Enjoy an expansive master suite with recessed ceiling overlooking the patio and pool. The pool and spa can be heated (seasonally only) for an additional fee.

It offers the ideal location for families with beaches, shopping and dining located within convenient walking distance from most homes and villas.
