Lodging Features: Port Track 29 is located on a 11-mile long lagoon in the Palmetto Dunes community on Hilton Head Island. This 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath home offers views of the golf course and lagoon, a private lounge pool (heating available - fees/restrictions apply - must call office in advance to confirm - does not heat if temperatures drop below 55 degrees) and two master bedrooms.

The living room features a sitting area and a living area with chase lounge, a flat-screen TV and views overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The eat-in kitchen has granite countertops, an island that seats 9 and a wet bar, while a formal dining room provides seating for 8. Additional amenities include free wireless Internet, free tennis, a full mud room with an extra refrigerator, extra seating space in a converted loft area and a sleeper sofa.

The main master bedroom has king-sized bedding and a large walk-in closet, while the master bathroom features his-and-hers granite countertop vanities, a deep-jetted garden tub and a walk-in shower. A second master bedroom also has king-sized bedding and grants access to a private balcony overlooking the lagoon, while also offering a full bathroom.

A junior suite offers double twin-sized bedding and a queen-sized pull out sofa, while featuring a seating area and television. Bedroom four has queen-sized bedding and bedroom five offers double queen-sized bedding. Bedroom six has double twin-sized bedding, while each bedroom has a private full bathroom excluding bedroom six.

Port Track 29 is located in Palmetto Dunes, where guests can canoe and kayak through an intricate 11-mile lagoon system or relax with shopping, dining and entertainment. The community features miles of white-sand beach, three world-class golf courses, and guest tennis and fitness centers. At the heart of Palmetto Dunes is Shelter Cove Marina, a signature waterfront neighborhood that hosts some of the best island cuisine, boutiques, art galleries, watersports, tours, and weekly waterfront fireworks displays.
