Stay in the heart of Sea Pines in this unique ResortQuest by Wyndham Vacation Rentals vacation home. The 4 bedroom property is a convenient single level design that was fully renovated and upgraded from top to bottom in February 2013. This property has great outdoor space with a recently remodeled pool area, outdoor hot tub, beautifully landscaped yard and a large deck that provides an ideal spot for entertaining. The private pool and hot tub can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. Inside the home take advantage of the expansive living room space, complete with 50" LCD flat screen television and DVD player. All flat screen televisions in this home are high definition and feature music and premium channels. The kitchen was redesigned with granite and stainless steel appliances and provides ample space to cook family meals. The additional den adds extra room for a large family and another flat screen television. Each of the 4 bedrooms includes high quality bedding and furnishings. Three of the bedrooms have connected bathrooms and the fourth bedroom (bunks) has easy access to share the third bedroom's bathroom. Conveniently located within quick walking distance to the beach or bike to South Beach Marina along one of Sea Pines many bike paths.
