This 5-bedroom, 5.5 bath home features a private pool (heating available - fees/restrictions apply - please call office for details and to confirm), two living areas and an updated kitchen.

The first living room has ample seating, while the second living room is located on the third floor and features a wet bar, two wine fridges and an ice machine. The updated eat-in kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, while a formal dining room seats 8 and grants access to a private patio. Additional amenities include wireless Internet and a full laundry room.

The first master bedroom, located on the first floor, offers a king-sized bedding and access to the private pool. The master bathroom features a double-sink vanity and a jetted garden tub. The second master bedroom is located on the third floor, with king-sized bedding, while the master bathroom features a double-vanity sink, a jetted garden tub and a stand-alone shower.

Bedroom three has full-sized bedding, and bedrooms four has two twin sized beds and five have two queen-sized bedding. Each bedroom features a private full bathroom.
