A large eat-in kitchen features a large island and double ovens, while a formal dining room offers seating for 6. Additional amenities include free wireless Internet, free tennis and a seating area overlooking the lagoon.
The main master bedroom has king-sized bedding and grants access to the pool area, while the master bathroom features a double-sink vanity, a jetted garden tub and a stand-alone shower. Bedroom two features king-sized bedding and offers a private bathroom with a double-sink vanity. Bedroom three has double twin-sized bedding, while bedroom four has twin-sized bedding. Bedrooms three and four share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double-sink vanity.
St. George 23 is located in Palmetto Dunes, where guests can canoe and kayak through an intricate 11-mile lagoon system or relax with shopping, dining and entertainment. The community features miles of white-sand beach, three world-class golf courses, and guest tennis and fitness centers. At the heart of Palmetto Dunes is Shelter Cove Marina, a signature waterfront neighborhood that hosts some of the best island cuisine, boutiques, art galleries, watersports, tours, and weekly waterfront fireworks displays.
