Villa Features: Villamare 3220 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa located in the Palmetto Dunes community on Hilton Head Island.
The living room has a large flat-screen TV and access to a balcony with a courtyard view. The kitchen has an eat-in bar and a dining area that seats 6. Additional amenities include wireless Internet, a sofa sleeper and a complex pool.
The master bedroom has king-sized bedding, access to the balcony, and an open bathroom concept that features a garden tub and stand-alone shower. Bedroom two has double queen-sized bedding, a private full bathroom, and access to a private balcony with seating area and views of the courtyard.
The Villamare Complex stretches along a beautiful section of beach and provides amenities such as: a large ocean-side outdoor pool and hot tub, an indoor pool, an exercise facility and a sauna. The new state-of-the-art fitness facility features the latest in cardio equipment, free weights and technology. Each treadmill, bike and elliptical has an individual TV mounted to it for easy viewing. The oceanfront outdoor pool is heated in the spring and fall, allowing for four additional months to enjoy the facilities.
